設計活動吧 ! 打造具環境體驗的班群教學空間
「國小校園」是可以讓小朋友學習“ 日常生活” 的場所,須在每個角落不經意地提供著不同的教學與社交場景。對師生來說,需創造一個可以共同投入、經營、資源共享、進而享受樂趣的校園生活且是充滿創造力與想像力的活動場域,便可增速學生對於校園情感記憶的累積與認同。設計在發展教學空間型態時,藉由如蜂窩般的教室配置,每個班群就像個小型社區,小朋友學習如何維護自己生活的領域。來學校,小朋友們就像是採花蜜的小蜜蜂。
因地制宜,保留既有林蔭營造永續綠意校園
基地現況植栽,無疑是未來校園的寶貴資產,除了能讓新遷校舍擁有如大學般的翁鬱校園,在自然保育觀念上仙跡岩豐富的動植物可經由生態廊道的方式引入校區,讓校園成為仙跡岩生態圈的擴大,豐富校園內部的自然教學資源,並更進一步,結合永續校園,納入永續教育課程,瞭解自身校園地域、文化、歷史與生態等特色,從而創造出多樣化的生態主題教育,讓校園與社區文化共融共生,成為休閒與文化推廣學習之核心,進而加強社區與校園間記憶與情感的連結。
Go Design! Create space for experiential teaching and learning.
“Elementary school ground” is a place for young children to observe and learn about “daily life”. Every corner has possibly different opportunity for a variety of teaching/learning and social exchange. For both the instructors and the students, it ought to be a place to share collaborative endeavors and experiences so they can enjoy school life and the memory of it for years to come. Classrooms clusters arranged in honeycomb-configuration make each class group like a small community. Children learn how to maintain living realm of their own. They come to school just like the little bees.
Site Specific - Retain the existing sustainable green campus
Existing planting on site is a valuable asset of the future campus. In addition to the lavish green and open spaces comparable to some university campus, the nearby Xianjiyang Hill also provides abundant opportunities to study or observe the ecosystem, and hence fertilizing the school with resources to incorporate environmental sustainability and vernacular history. Collective memories and bonds are reinforced between the school and the community.
