將家的設計擴大為一個社區的設計

Co-Shared Community 共享社區

何謂Co-Shared共享社區？在家裡面，每一個人擁有一個自己的空間，家的內部設計鼓勵家人可以把家事變成一起可參與的共同活動！同樣的概念，社區與鄰里的界面，也同樣地設計這樣可以經常互動和交流的公共空間，只是規模變大！讓社區裡的青年住民，藉由社群活動參與共同家事，社區互助動起來！

落實生活共享與多元照顧
我們規劃社區居民共享的生活空間，有兒童與青少年的活動空間、社區教室，提供課後輔導、靜態與動態才藝的活動空間，讓未來新住進來的青年也可投入志工行列，陪伴與培力安康的兒童與少年。有共同廚房，提供有需要的長輩餐食的需要，並增加社區的互動機會，成為社區居民烹煮活動的場地，聯絡社區情感。有拾手花園和城市菜圃，讓社區裡的青年、長者、兒童、身心障礙的療癒能透過身體勞作、知識傳授、經驗交換，讓居民交流互動。

另外本案基地街道上的服務設施種類極多，有鄰里型的公共設施像：戶外開放空間、及對外開放的地下公共停車場，也有社福設施如：托嬰、托老日間照顧、兒童遊戲場，加上商業服務空間如：社會企業( 庇護商店)、中小型的便利商店，我們妥適的設計流動的孔隙，為要確保街道上連續的活動帶，讓安康新居民與周邊的街坊鄰居的巷弄生活連結起來。

Co-Shared Community
We want to design the spots as the shared living space for the community residents to gather and stay. There are activity spaces for children and young people, community classrooms for after-school tutoring, and event space for static and dynamic talents, so that the new comers can also participate in volunteer. There is a shared kitchen to provide meals for seniors and to increase opportunities for community interaction. It becomes the community cooking events venue to connect the community. There are hand-pick garden and urban vegetable garden as green fields where the community's youth, the elderly, children, and other physical and mental disorders through more physical labor can share knowledge, exchange experience, and interact.

Diversified Care 
There are many services and facilities in good health community. There are neighborhood types of public facilities such as outdoor open space, public underground parking garage. There are social welfare facilities such as babysitting, senior daycare, children's playground, and places for the residents to linger and chat. And there are spaces for commercial services such as welfare shops, small convenience stores. Such design is to ensure continuous activity with the streets so that the new residents are wedded to the surrounding neighborhood alleys.
