林欣蘋為戴嘉惠建築師事務所協同主持人及專案經理，具有豐富建築設計、專案管理經驗，曾任職於美國SOM建築師事務所及Amphibian Arc建築師事務所。兼任教職於國立台北科技大學建築系擔任兼任講師參與畢業設計指導，也曾任教於淡江大學與銘傳大學建築系。

Hsin-Ping Lin graduated from California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), USA  with a master degree inArchitecture in 1997. She has worked in this professional with, Amphibian Arc, SOM in Architecture Design and urban design. Her practice experience combines a wide spread of project types including office building,  mixed use development, manufacture facilities, culture and education facilities architecture planning.
